Pledges that are hard to chase
Every contributor, pledge and payment in one list, with balances worked out for you. Record cash and M-Pesa paid outside the app too, and send reminders by SMS.
Cards for hundreds of guests
Each guest gets their own card with a QR code and Card ID, sent by SMS in Swahili. You see who received it, and tokens for messages that fail are refunded.
Gate crashers and copied cards
Gate staff scan cards with their phone. A card is accepted once; a copy shows when it was first used. Single, Double and Group cards admit the right number of people.
A committee that loses track
Give each committee its tasks and follow-ups. Members sign in with the event link and password and update their own work.

What it costs
Planning is free. TZS 1,000 per invitation card and TZS 400 per contribution card, messages included. No sign-up fee, no minimum.

What does a card include?
Invitation card: the invitation, one reminder, RSVP confirmation and gate check-in.
Contribution card: the card message, one reminder and the first thank-you.
Messages that are not delivered are refunded automatically.

How many cards does a pack cover?
Starter covers 3 invitation cards; Mwanzo 15 invitation cards or 37 contribution cards; Sherehe 150 or 375; Harusi 375 or 937.
How do I pay?
Pay with M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Mixx by Yas (Tigo Pesa), HaloPesa or card through ClickPesa. Tokens do not expire.
